This brake issue sounds like the Post Office scandal.!. Skoda management won’t admit to an obviously serious quality issue.. I have had many cars over many years and can’t remember ever having discs replaced...certainly not on any new car.!

I would go to your dealer armed with photos on this forum & insist it’s a Skoda problem (I agree with the post office scenario )
Demand to see the service mngr (receptionist are robots programmed to give fixed responses). You won’t get all the costs due to mileage already covered but a contribution is justified. Obviously an inherent problem
