Just seen this elsewhere. Appears to work so that the Samsung S23 connects properly.
Samsung S23 series & Skoda connectivity issue is solved !!!
You need to upgrade your server to 1800 version.
You can do it via 2 options.
1- Check with your dealer if they have 1800 version ready to install. Most will say no.
2- Install latest version of software 1800 manually.

Go to this link and download the file. Unzip it into USB drive.

Go to your car.
Open the screen. Engine must be turned off but electricity on.
Stick USB drive to your car.
Hold down the MENU button for 10 seconds and install the latest software manually.
Obviously you might find it risky to install software externally but risk is up to you but I am done with using my old phone via hotspot in my car.
Follow the steps on screen. It takes around 10 minutes.
Verify your software is 1800 like below.
Enjoy your S23 and Skoda.
