Just collected a new 1.5 SEL manual in silver today. First Skoda I've owned and its the first time I have had a new car on new number-plate day. Bought the car without test driving a 1.5 but did try the 1.0 and was impressed. Previous car was an auto but glad to be back to a manual and i guess this is likely to be the last ICE and manual car i will own. First impressions are: steering is very light (but ill get used to that) and i have not yet found my comfortable driving position. The car is quite nippy which i like. Looking forward to our future together.

Welcome. My wife took a while to find a comfy position in our car when she was driving. But once she tilted the seat, and then raised the back support she's happy with it.

I'm as happy as larry with ours.
