Clearly the dealer is struggling & simply replacing parts as they go along. A classic sign of poor diagnosis/investigation. Do you have another dealer that you could try.

Dealer is working of instruction from Skoda Ireland directly, as this is warranty work. So taking the car to another Skoda dealer would result in the same out come. But it is poor I have to say the issue has been reported to the main Skoda dealer since Feb 2020.

Does do it only do it from key remote or when you push button on boot, mine is now doing too, it beeps and only the outer rear indicators flash, they don't scroll, and it doesn't open.

Boot releasing from key or button inside. Beeps but doesn’t lift open, Skoda have calibrated it a number of times. It’s had a new lock fitted. And now new lifter are ordered. Let’s see if that resolves it.

Skoda Ireland have now installed two new electric rams. Fingers crossed this resolve the boot issue. Because if not it has to be a design issue.
