Wow, Now That's What You Call Headlights....
I've had my 2021 Kamiq SE-L since June, but had never driven it at night until last week, when I returned from visiting friends, one evening. By the time I hit the M6, darkness had descended to the point where lights were needed, so for the first ever time, I reached for the rotary light switch. Never having experienced LED headlights before, I was astounded by both the clarity and the "whiteness" of the light. The spread and reach on main beam were something else. The M6 was very quiet, so I got the opportunity to try main beam several times. Even the opposite carriageway was brightly illuminated, as well as my own, and the reach of the beam easily looked to be around 50 yards or more. I never imagined such tiny headlights could be so powerful.
