Rough Road packeage

I have to use farm lanes frequently so am interested in under-body protection but does anyone know what this option includes, now shown as part of the Wheels and Suspension optional equipment?

I couldn't get precise details from my local dealer other than what it says on the web, i.e. "additional front underbody guard and stone guard" but isn't all this included anyway? Dealer suggests I contact Skoda Customer Service [SCS] and here's how it went . . .

Me: Please tell me exactly what I would get additional to what's on the car now?

SCS: Here's a link to our website (attached)

Me: That link takes me to an option page that does not open (Think: maybe that's a clue)

SCS: Sorry link not working, the rough road package includes (wait for it) "additional front underbody guard and stone guard"

Me: I know what it says in the sale brochure but I asked what exactly will I get that is not on the standard car

SCS: Please contact your local dealer!

Doh!!!!

This may not be relevant, but I had the rough road package fitted to the Kodiaq I just sold. It was a pre reg, so not ordered by me and as I never had use for it, I paid it little attention.
However, I seem to remember being low down at the front of the car once and seeing what looked like a moulded sheet of plastic fitted as an undertray and to my knowledge, that's about it.
Remember that Kamiqs, and Kodiaqs for that matter aren't designed for rough road usage, so about all that tray will do is prevent some muck getting into the engine bay, but it will offer little protection if you hit something unforgiving.

After looking at other forums other people have noticed that the Rough Road Package option is only available on the S , SE, and SE Drive models - but not the SEL or Monte Carlo.
Looking under my SEL I might have it as standard - but the options brochure just shows it as unavailable for the SEL and Monte Carlo rather than standard.
These pictures show the underneath of my car.
Can someone with a S , SE or SE Drive look under your car to see if yours are the same?
Thanks
Bruce

What you have underneath your car is not a rough road package, they are just formed plastic sheets to smooth the airflow under the car. They wouldn't last 5 mins on a rough offroad.

Thanks - I had seen previous comments saying that for the price of the package "thin" sheets of plastic was all you would be getting for your £100 odd inc vat.
If that is not it then I wonder why you can't add it to the SEL or Monte Carlo.

I started this thread for just those reasons and now have the added curiosity of Skoda being unable to tell me what is included

My Car is "simply" the SE model but attached under body photos look very much like Oldman's posher model
