Interesting to note in one of yesterday’s most popular National newspaper, the motoring corespondent Rob Gill evaluated the Kamiq ‘Monte Carlo’ model. Whilst he was a little critical of it being called ‘Monte Carlo’ he was very complimentary of the Kamiq itself.

Words like
“the car itself is good, very good. Probably my favourite small SUV. It has all the things people actually want from a family car”

With him adding even more praises, we can all feel good about the choice we made. Won’t harm residuals either.

Nice to hear. What is the extra spec in the Monte Carlo?

Rags.

It tends to include as standard a lot of the top end accessories. Most obvious is the black & red sport seats. Red piping is evident around the seats, dash, door trims etc. The 1.5 L engine is standard as is sun roof, parking sensors, 18” wheels, virtual cockpit & dynamic indicators. It mentions car play is via Bluetooth as opposed to usb connection. At around £26k it wouldn’t interest me but may appeal to the younger enthusiast.
