Sat nav

When entering a postcode the answer comes back as off road and a grid reference.I want it to come back as town and road so I can find in the future as a recent destination. Any ideas Delboy .
Welcome Delboy, sorry can’t help as only used my sat nav twice & was able to enter full address (covered just over 1k mls thanks to Covid)
