LED bulb swap

Hi
I love the modern look of LED bulbs on cars and although my SE has some LED lights, some are still traditional, incandescent bulbs. Has anyone swapped out the interior and reversing light bulbs for LED equivalents and if so, did you come across any issues?
Ideally I’d like to change the indicator bulbs as well but I know that can interfere with the CANBUS meaning you need to use load resistors which seems like a fairly crude solution to me - some of those resistors can get very hot!
