Hello
On the dasdisplay in sport mode, at the bottom of the display is an icon displaying kW eg. 4kw and it varies from time to time could be 0kw sometimes or any other number. The other day I had a message appear that said something about kW but disappeared before I could read it.
I have tried looking in the manual for it but can't find anything.
Can anybody shed any light on this for me please.?

Do you mean DSG sport mode ?
That's the only sport mode I have in my car and I don't have what you describe on my dash, not whilst I'm static anyway.
Which model do you have ?

Obviously the Kw refers to the power rating of the engine similar to BHP or Torque. Could it be the variable power that the engine is delivering as you drive. Does it increase as you press the throttle the 0 reading could be on idle. Not sure but just a thought???

Hi
Sussed it out this morning. Increases in kw when accelerating, goes to zero when going downhill.
So as suggested it is the power of the engine being used at the time.
The car is the SE L 110.
Display is in sport mode with central digital speed, rpm and various other info.
Love it.
