Re: Programming keys

I don’t hold out much help mate, I think it’s a trip back to the dealer💰 Perhaps as a Christmas present, buy your mum one of these tracker devices that she can attach to her key ring

Re: Capacity of the washer tank

Had my Kamiq over 3yrs & downloaded the manual when first purchased it. try
carmanuals2.com & select Skoda Kamiq owners manual. I downloaded the manual app & when I use it…(not very often now) I just have to confirm I’m not a robot
Worth a try

Re: Slight whine in 2nd & 3rd

Any noise on a new car that causes you concern should be investigated however, from experience of a few years in the trade you may well be asked to put a few more miles on the clock, but certainly a visit to the dealer is a must. Keep the forum updated.

Re: Scary incident. Auto Brake.

Re: Scary incident. Auto Brake.

Go to menu/settings & ensure sensitivity is set to minimum. I don’t think it a good idea to ‘switch it off’ even if it’s possible which I doubt you can

Re: Display speed when using navigation

Re: Stop / start de-activate

Start/stop systems on most cars tend to have a mind of their own. My previous car was similarly erratic (not from the Skoda group). I think you’ll find most cars have an auxiliary battery that feeds the s/s system so it’s that that has to be fully charged & remember the s/s system will not funct...

Re: Do I buy a kamiq or a puma

Totally support DTEG comments, Think the 1 ltr is a cracking engine. Had my Kamiq over 3 yrs now. Performed well over all terrains with excellent fuel consumption. Remember it comes from a good stable.

Re: 2023 Facelift

I posted info on this last year…love the car but am a critic of the fan speed setting. Have to be controlled via a slider bar f virtually impossible with taking eyes of the road…a crap design
