Not sure I'm much use, the SE trim (Bolero head unit) has very limited connectivity/upgrade options and as far as I know has no over-the-air update capacity.

Does sound rather lame. Any infotainment issues, it's always worth trying a soft reset, by holding the power button for about ten seconds.

In this instance it seems to have been an overzealous emissions sensor, but I wouldn't mind betting there might be some other similar sensitivities in the engine to trigger those useless lights.

Had something similar a few months back. Called dealer, they pointed me to Skoda Assist as likely to act quicker. They came out and although the engine lights had gone by then, they recognised it as an issue fixed by a software upgrade which they did on the spot. No recurrence since.

As above, wireless can work with Android 11, but it may be that individual vendors have enabled and disabled the facility. I believe it was in 10 for a few brands, so there is that level of control.
